Ong39 is more than just an online gambling platform. We are a digital entertainment community built specifically to meet the needs and preferences of Malaysian players — from Johor Bahru to Kota Kinabalu.
Ong39 began operations in 2019 with a clear ambition — to provide an online entertainment platform truly built around the needs and lifestyle of Malaysian players. At the time, most international platforms available in the market did not understand the local context: from language and payment methods to preferred game types and peak usage hours of Malaysian users.
And so ong39 was born — a platform built from day one with a Malaysia-first approach. Our team comprises professionals from the digital gaming and financial technology industries who truly understand what local players are looking for. The result is a gaming experience that feels closer, more familiar and easier to navigate than international competitors who apply a one-size-fits-all approach to every market.
In five years of operation, ong39 has grown into one of Malaysia's most widely used online entertainment platforms. Over 500,000 members have trusted us as their go-to destination for slot games, Live Casino, sports betting and much more. That trust is never taken lightly — it is a responsibility we carry every single day.
Today, ong39 continues to grow. We regularly introduce new games, improve our payment systems, strengthen our security infrastructure and expand our promotional offerings to deliver the best value to every member. We believe player satisfaction is not just about winning — it is about the entire experience from the moment you register to the moment you complete a withdrawal.
Every aspect of the ong39 platform is designed with Malaysian players in mind. Not just words — this is a genuine commitment we prove every single day.
All data and financial transactions at ong39 are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption — the same technology used by leading financial institutions. Your privacy and security are our top priority, not an afterthought.
Ong39 supports FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and a range of local payment methods. Deposits are processed within seconds while withdrawals are completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours — among the fastest in the industry.
From modern video slots and Live Casino tables with real dealers, to multi-league sports betting and esports games — all available on one platform. Our game providers include the most respected names in the global industry.
The ong39 support team, fluent in both Malay and English, is available around the clock — via live chat, email and messaging platforms. No question is too small and no issue will be left unresolved.
From welcome bonuses for new members, weekly cashback and festive offers to a VIP loyalty programme — ong39 always delivers more value to its members. Check our promotions page regularly for the latest deals.
The ong39 app for Android and iOS brings every platform feature to your fingertips. Biometric login, real-time notifications and a small-screen-optimised interface make mobile gaming just as great as desktop.
Ong39's mission is simple yet meaningful: to provide a safe, fair and enjoyable online entertainment platform for every Malaysian player, regardless of their background or level of experience.
We believe everyone deserves a high-quality gaming experience — not just those playing with large stakes. That is why ong39 offers a wide range of low minimum wagering options, allowing anyone to enjoy the excitement without excessive financial pressure.
Our long-term vision is to become the number one online entertainment platform chosen by Malaysian players — not because we are the biggest, but because we understand and value our players the most.
We continuously invest in the latest security infrastructure. Every member account is protected with end-to-end data encryption, two-factor authentication and real-time activity monitoring to detect any threat before it affects you.
Ong39's terms and conditions are written in plain, easy-to-understand language — not confusing legalese. We believe that lasting relationships with our members can only be built on a foundation of genuine trust and honesty.
Every product decision at ong39 starts with one question: "Does this benefit our players?" From interface design to bonus structures, member satisfaction is the compass that guides our direction.
